Possibility of Exchange or Return of Goods
The laws of the Czech Republic provide the possibility to return goods purchased through remote communication means (conclusion of a purchase agreement remotely) without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods (they do not fully meet your requirements), we offer you the possibility to exchange them. The goods will be exchanged upon mutual agreement and after sending the goods (or personally delivering them) to the business address – Běloveská 187, 547 01 Náchod.
To exchange goods, please use the Withdrawal from Contract form.
The goods must be delivered undamaged, as received from the seller, and in a condition suitable for resale. We recommend including documents received at the time of sale, such as the invoice, warranty certificate, and others. This will help us smoothly process the exchange.

For goods purchased between November 1 and December 24, we offer an extended exchange period until January 31 of the following year.
If the requested product size is no longer in stock or if the item was an unsuitable gift, it can be exchanged for other goods of the same or higher value, with the difference paid. Alternatively, the goods can be exchanged for a gift voucher of the same value. More information HERE.
Claims
If the goods you received from us are defective, non-functional, or damaged, please report the detected defects to the seller as soon as possible via email at info@activent365.com or by phone. We also ask you to complete the Claims Form. In the form, please specify your preferred shipping method in the field for additional details at the bottom of the form. Send the printed form along with the product to our business address – Běloveská 187, 547 01 Náchod.
- The customer must report a defective product immediately upon discovering the defect. This applies to both online and physical store purchases.
- Defective or damaged goods will be exchanged or repaired upon mutual agreement and after sending the claimed goods to our address at the sender’s expense.
- The goods must be delivered complete as received from the seller. They must be dry and clean. If we receive dirty or incomplete goods, they will be returned with a request for shipping cost reimbursement.
- We recommend including all documents received with the goods, such as the invoice, warranty certificate, and others. Photocopied versions are sufficient.
- Be sure to provide your contact details (preferably a phone number) for any necessary clarifications.
- Your claim will be processed within 30 days. We will inform you about the outcome.
- If you do not collect the goods within 2 months from the date we received them, a storage fee of 5 CZK per day will be charged.
- The seller is not responsible for damages resulting from product use, functional properties, improper use, external circumstances, or incorrect handling. The provided warranty does not cover defects of this nature.
- The warranty period is stated for each product, with a minimum of 24 months.
- The warranty period for provided service is 3 months.
- The warranty period for spare parts is 24 months.
