    OVERVIEW OF SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS

    For shipping goods from our e-shop, we cooperate with multiple carriers and their various services to give customers a choice based on their preference and to ensure that the shipped goods are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Carrier conditions, such as delivery times, shipping costs, and payment options, may change, which is why it is not possible to provide a complete table of terms and shipping details here.

    You will always find transparent information about shipping options, their prices, and cash-on-delivery fees in the second step of the shopping cart. Please check delivery times with the specific carrier, which we list in the following section.

    As the sender, we cannot influence the duration of transport, only the speed of dispatch, which is always no later than the second business day after ordering. Typically, orders placed by 12:00 PM are shipped the same day.

    Free shipping may vary depending on the carrier. The minimum order value for free shipping is 1000 CZK.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Cash on Delivery (COD) - The goods will be shipped with COD, and the full amount will be collected by the courier upon delivery. The COD fee is 40 CZK. COD payments for Courier Services or Zásilkovna can be made by card.

    Card Payment - Payment gateway GP Webpay. A very fast and convenient solution, where the goods are shipped immediately, similar to COD. 

    Bank Transfer - A basic payment method for those who do not want to enter their card details online. A standard transfer or an expedited payment via the GP Webpay payment gateway can be used.
