Pillow
Of course, we can all get by with a crumpled sweatshirt under our head, but for most of us it’s simply not quite right. Although it may seem an unnecessary burden and a waste of space in your pack, a pillow will significantly increase your comfort and thus your quality of sleep.
Thanks to the lack of an internal filling (the pillow is completely inflatable) and at only 80 grams, it is not a heavy load. There’s no need to use the pack provided, which takes up a certain volume, simply place the unfolded pillow against the wall of the pack or in the "flat" pocket of the pack, so that it takes up almost no space, except for the valve.
Another tip is not to inflate the pillow fully. If you’re not comfortable with a fully inflated pillow, don’t reject it right away, inflate it to only half or 3/4 next time you go to sleep, after all preferences vary, but most users agree a pillow that’s not fully inflated is best.
DLF - Dual layer flat valve
A dual layer flat valve with a check valve for easier inflation/deflation and regulation of sleeping pad pressure.
After opening the valve’s upper layer, you can easily inflate the sleeping pad without losing pressure thanks to the check valve. By pushing the check valve, pad pressure can be gently regulated. When the second layer is opened, the valve is fully open and the sleeping pad can be easily deflated.
