Kettle X with heat exchanger This 0.7 litre compact camping kettle with a heat exchanger is made of anodized aluminium. Anodization (also Eloxation) creates a very strong, hard layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of the material, which prevents further oxidation, increases strength and resistance to abrasion. The heat exchanger captures the heat produced by the stove that would otherwise escape, saving up to 30% of fuel.
