1) Social Media Manager
We are looking for a skilled social media specialist for our team, mainly for Instagram and Facebook (in the future, we will expand to LinkedIn), and to assist us in preparing a newsletter every two weeks. We need a social media manager with some experience, knowledge of platforms, trends, and analytics. Most importantly, we are looking for someone passionate about sports, mountains, and the outdoors, who can effectively communicate that enthusiasm on social media. You will become part of a small team where you will have space for your own ideas and innovations. We are working on new campaigns, products, and strengthening our market position. You will be responsible for managing the profiles of @pinguinoutdoor and @acepac.
Your responsibilities:
- Participating in content and format planning for different channels
- Copywriting
- Selecting relevant visuals
- Creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook)
- Community management
- Communicating with brand ambassadors and coordinating social media content
Skills and experience:
- You keep up with the latest social media trends
- You have a good command of English
- You can edit videos and create engaging visuals
- You are skilled in creative writing and have strong Czech grammar skills
- You can evaluate your work based on data—explaining what works, why, and what doesn’t
- The outdoor world is your passion, and you would love to help us grow our brand
Pinguin Outdoor and Acepac are based in Náchod, where we would be happy to meet you in person. However, your job and tasks do not require you to be from the local area. If you are, that’s a plus for us.

2) Online Sales and Marketing Specialist

What we expect from you:
- A passion for the outdoors
- High school or university education
- Above-average computer skills, the ability and willingness to learn and navigate online marketing
- Proactiveness, creativity, independence, good communication, and organizational skills
- Practical experience with e-commerce and online marketing
- Familiarity with the outdoor market and proficiency in English is a plus
Job responsibilities:
- Co-responsibility for the operation and development of the e-shop
- Online marketing—planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns
- Analyzing e-shop traffic, monitoring competition, and managing social media
- Communicating with suppliers and coordinating product deliveries
- Assisting customers in the retail store
